Ingredients

1 can Chicken broth (14 1/2 oz)
1 c Dried orzo pasta
1/3 c Water
2 1/2 c Chopped fresh vegetables, such as broccoli, carrots, green onions, and red sweet pepper
1/2 c Grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

In a medium saucepan, combine broth and pasta. Stir in 1/3 cup water. Bring to boiling; reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer, covered, for 7 minutes. Add vegetables; mix well. Simmer an additional 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in Parmesan cheese.

I tried this recipe and found that my family and really liked it; prior to adding the cheese, it seemed a little bland, but once that was part of it, it was really tasty.
