Pineapple Soda

Give your afternoon a Hawaiian twist with this cool drink.

Ingredients

3/4 cup Pineapple juice

1/3 cup Coconut milk

7-oz Vanilla ice cream

5-oz Pineapple chunks

3/4 cup Sparkling water

2 Scooped out pineapple shells- optional

Preparation

1. Pour the pineapple juice and coconut milk into a food processor. Add the ice cream and process until smooth.

2. Add the pineapple chunks and process well.

3. Pour the mixture into scooped out pineapple shells or tall glasses, until two-thirds full.

4. Top up with sparkling water, add straws and serve.
