Baked Chicken Pesto

Ingredients

1 lb. Chicken

1/2 c Pesto

2-3 Plum tomatoes

1/2 c Shredded mozarella

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line baking sheet with foil. Place chicken and pesto in bowl; toss to coat. Place chicken on baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven; top with tomatoes and cheese. Bake until cheese is melted (approx. 3-5 minutes).
