Take this extravagant appetizer to your next summer cookout.
1 cup Lean Refried Beans
1 8-oz Container Mexican bean dip
1 8-oz Container low fat sour cream
1 cup Chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup Chopped ripe olives
1/4 cup Chopped green onion
2 cups Grated low fat sharp cheddar cheese
Pit bread, raw veggies or tortilla chips
1. Spread Beans on large plate
2. Combine dip and sour cream in a small bowl and spread over beans
3. Layer tomatoes, olives, green onion and cheese over dip
4. Serve with wedges of pita bread, raw veggies or fat-free tortilla chips
