Salad with a Mexican kick!
2 (15.25-oz) cans Corn, drained
1 cup Pico de Gallo
1/2 cup Real bacon pieces
1.2 cup Light or regular olive oil vinaigrette
2 tbsp. Chopped fresh cilantro
1-2 California avocados, peeled, pitted and cubed
Stir all ingredients together except avocados in a medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes. Add avocados and stir lightly.
