Ingredients

1 lb. Ground beef, chicken, or turkey

1 Lg. onion, red or yellow, sliced thick

2 Lg. baking potatoes, cut in wedges

2 Med. green or red peppers, sliced into rings.

1-2 Yellow squash or zuccini, sliced.

Any veggies will work.

Preparation

Make patties with the meat of your choice, if using turkey or chicken add some spices to the meat, kinda bland without, your choice. You'll need 4 pieces fo foil, about 12"x12", heavy duty works best !. slice the veggies, lay out the foil, spray with pam. place the veggies in the center salt and pepper to taste. sometimes I add seasoned salt. place the pattie on top of the veggies. Fold the foil like a package, make sure the ends are folded up so the juice dosen't run out.

You can either bake these in the oven at 375 for 35 min. or on the grill, gas or charcoal for the same amount of time. Toast some buns or any bread you like . It's a meal in a pouch.

Cook's Notes

You can also use pork chops, chicken breast, cooking time might have to be adjusted
