19 oz. Garbanzo beans, rinsed

1/2 c. Sliced celery

1 Green onion, sliced

1/2 c. Diced red pepper

14 oz. Stewed tomatoes ( drain & chopped)

Preparation

For the Dressing

2 tbsp. olive oil

2 tbsp. vinegar

1/2 tsp. basil

1/4 tsp dry mustard

1/8 tsp. garlic powder

chopped fresh parsley
