Heat a skillet over high heat. Add the olive oil and onions. Saute the onions until brown and crispy. about 15 minutes. Drain the chiles and add to the onions. Add the tomato and stir until heated through. Divide onto 2 plattes. Add the butter and melt. Crack the eggs and fry them in the butter. cover with lid about two minutes to cook teh egg whites. If you prefer the yolks cooked keep on heat longer repeat with other two eggs/ Place 2 fried eggs ont op of the onions and top withgrated cheese, salsa sour ceam and green onions
