Crock Pot Chicken with veggies and peanut butter flavoring

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Water
2 tsp Chicken boullion granules
2 Ribs celery, thinkly sliced
2 Onions, thinkly sliced
1 Red bell pepper, sliced
1 Green bell pepper, sliced
8 Chicken thighs, skinned
1/2 cup Extra crunchy peanut butter
Crushed chili pepper of your choice
Preparation
1. Combine water, chicken boullion granules, celery, onions and peppers in slow cooker
2.Spread peanut butter over both sides of chicken pieces. Sprinkle with chili pepper. Place on top of ingredients n slow cooker.
3. Cover, cook on Low 5-6 hours.

Serve with cous cous or rice
