| 1 1/2 cups | Water |
| 2 tsp | Chicken boullion granules |
| 2 | Ribs celery, thinkly sliced |
| 2 | Onions, thinkly sliced |
| 1 | Red bell pepper, sliced |
| 1 | Green bell pepper, sliced |
| 8 | Chicken thighs, skinned |
| 1/2 cup | Extra crunchy peanut butter |
| | Crushed chili pepper of your choice |
1. Combine water, chicken boullion granules, celery, onions and peppers in slow cooker
2.Spread peanut butter over both sides of chicken pieces. Sprinkle with chili pepper. Place on top of ingredients n slow cooker.
3. Cover, cook on Low 5-6 hours.
Serve with cous cous or rice
