Ingredients

1 Head of Lettuce
2 oz Sherry Vinegar
2/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/3 cup Maple Syrup
1/3 cup Mustard

Preparation

CRISP LETTUCE:

1) TEAR OFF LEAVE

2) SOAK IN ROOM TEMP WATER FOR A FEW MINUTES

3) DUMP ROOM TEMP WATER

4) ADD ICE CUBES TO THE BOWL &COLD WATER THEN THE LETTUCE

5) AFTER A MINUTE OR TWO DRY LETTUCE AND IT’S READY

VINAGRETTE:

1) ADD ONE PART SHERRY VINEGAR

2) ADD ONE PART MAPLE SYRUP

3) ADD ONE PART OIL

4) ADD LITTLE DOLLOP OF MUSTARD

5) ADD A PINCH OF SALT & SOME PEPPER

6) BLEND AND REFRIGERATE UNTIL USE.
