| 1 cup | Parmesan cheese, grated |
| 1 cup | Mayo |
| 1 4oz. | Can diced green chilies, drained |
| 1/2 | Garlic clove, crushed |
| 1 81/2 oz. | Can artichopke hearts, drained & quartered |
| 1/2 cup | Monterey Jack cheese, grated |
| | Dash of Tabasco sauce or cayenne pepper |
Preheat oven to 400. Mix parmesan, mayo, chilies, garlic, & artichoke together. Spread in baking dish & sprinkle with Monterey Jack & cayenne pepper. Bake 20 minutes. Serve warm with an assortment of crackers or breads.
