Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup Mayo
1 4oz. Can diced green chilies, drained
1/2 Garlic clove, crushed
1 81/2 oz. Can artichopke hearts, drained & quartered
1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese, grated
 Dash of Tabasco sauce or cayenne pepper

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400. Mix parmesan, mayo, chilies, garlic, & artichoke together. Spread in baking dish & sprinkle with Monterey Jack & cayenne pepper. Bake 20 minutes. Serve warm with an assortment of crackers or breads.
