asian green beans
2 tb Sesame oil
4 cups Petite green beans
2 tsp Minced garlic
2 tsp Sesame seeds
6 tb Chicken stock
6 tb Oyster sauce
1 tsp. Fresh ground black pepper
Heat wok over medium heat and add oil. When oil is hot, add beans and garlic. Stir fry for 3 minutes and add sesame seeds, chicken stock, oyster sauce, and black pepper. Stir fry for 2 minutes longer and remove from heat. Serve hot.
