1 c. Grated apple
1 c. Wheat flour
1 pkg Yeast
Sugar, optional
Mix apple and flour; add yeast dissolved in sm. amount of water; add sugar to taste. Knead dough, cover and let rise for 2 hours, until double in size.
Bake at 325* 30-40 minutes.
1 c. stewed and strained apples can be substituted for the grated apple.
