| 1 bunch | Kale, leaves finely chopped |
| 1 | Green pepper, chopped |
| 1 | Lge. onion, thinly sliced |
| 1 clove | Garlic, crushed |
| | Salt |
| 2 t. | Tomato paste |
Cook kale and green pepper in small amount of salted water, just until tender.
Brown onion in oil, over medium heat.
Add and fry tomato paste and garlic until oil separates.
Add cooked kale and mix well.
Swiss chard or spinach can be substituted for the kale.
*2 chopped carrots and a small head of chopped cabbage can be cooked with the kale if desired.
