Extending the Table: A World Community Cookbook
2 Bananas, sliced
2 t. Lemon juice
2/3 c. Yogurt
2 t. Shredded coconut
Sprinkle banana slices with the lemon juice.
Toss with the yogurt and sprinkle with the coconut.
Any flavored yogurt will work. If you use plain yogurt, just add a little sugar to sweeten.
