Fruity Breakfast Burrito

Chilean Family Recipe

Complete breakfast meal for vegetarians, lactose intolerant.

Ingredients

1 Tortilla (medium size)

1 Plantain or ripe half banana (peeled)

1/2 cup Raisins

1/4 cup Peanut butter

Optional:

1/2 cup Strawberries (diced)

1/2 cup Raspberries

Preparation

Lay tortilla flat. Cover tortilla with peanut butter leaving small ring of space around the edge. Cut banana in quarters and mash against peanut butter layer. Place fruit in one inch line down the center. Roll, fold, and serve and place in foil if to go.
