Chicken Stir-Fry Salad

Ingredients

3/4 lb. (12oz) boneless skinless chicken breat, cut into strips

1/2 c. KRAFT Cataline Dressing

1 cup Each: broccoli florets, red bell pepper, pea pods, and shredded carrots OR 1 pkg (16oz) frozen stir-fry vegetables, thawed

1/2 cup Slivered onions

1/4 cup Chopped PLANTERS COCKTAIL peanuts

2 tbsp. Soy sauce

6 cups Field salad greens or shredded napa cabbage

Preparation

SPRAY large non-stick skillet with cooking spray. heat on medium heat 30 seconds; add chicken. Cook and stir 6 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm.

HEAT dressing in same skillet on medium-high heat. Add vegetables; cook and stir 3 minutes. Add chicken peanuts and soy sauce; cook an additional 2 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender and mizture is heated through, stirring frequently.

SERVE over salad greens.
