Ingredients

6 c. Torn romaine lettuce
1 can (15oz) black beans, rinsed, drained
1 cup Frozen corn, thawed
3/4 c. TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Salsa
1/2 c. KRAFT Mexican Style Shredded Cheddar Jack Cheese
1/4 c. KRAFT Ranch Dressing
1 cup Tortilla chips, broken

Preparation

ARRANGE lettuce in bottom of glass serving bowl or on serving plate.

LAYER beans, corn, salsa, and cheese evenly over top.

DRIZZLE with dressing; sprinkle with chips.

Cook's Notes

You can substitute any time of canned beans for the black beans.

This recipe was simple to make and being not so crazy about beans and corn I was surpised as to how good it was. Added chicken to the salad which was a great addition and the whole family was full and happy!
