1 Orange, peeled and seeded
1 cup Plain nonfat yogurt
2 tbsp Crunchy peanut butter
2 tbsp Olive oil
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
1 cup Ice
Place ingredients in a blender.
Blend until rich and creamy, approx. 2-3 minutes.
