2 l Ripe avocados
1 t Lemon juice
1/2 t Salt
1 t Finely chopped cilantro
2 t Finely chopped onion
1 Med firm tomato finely chopped
Cut each avocado in half, remove seed and scoop out pulp. Mash avocado, mix with rest of ingredients. Mix well, cover and chill.
