Spicy Noodles with a Thai-style peanut sauce

Ingredients
1 (8 ounce) package Linguine
1 (8 ounce) package Sugar snap peas
2 tbsp Peanut oil
2 tbsp Low-sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp Smooth peanut butter
1 tbsp Lime juice or rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp Chili garlic sauce
1 clove Garlic, crushed
1 (8 ounce) pkg Plain baked tofu, cut in cubes
1/3 cup Chopped fresh cilantro
Preparation
Bring 2 quarts of water to a boil, place lingunie in boiling water for 5 minutes;add peas, and cook 2 minutes. Combine peanut oil and next 5 ingredients. Drain pasta mixture, return to pan. Stir in peanut sauce & tofu. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
