Chicken Cow Mein

Ingredients

2 c Chicken meat, cut

3 c Celery cubes

1 c Onion, cut

1 can Bean sprouts

1 Cna chow mein noodles

4 t Chinese sauce

Pepper

Celery salt

Onion seasoning

Preparation

Fry meat slowly in little butter until tender. Add celery, onions, one half cup of hot water and cook. Add sprouts, cook several minutes. Add sauce, thicken mixture with little flour. Remove to hot platter, serve with noodles or hot steamed rice.
