Chicken Rotel

My kids love this. There is always leftovers to freeze for another night. Great Potluck Dish, too!

Ingredients

1 12.5 oz Can of Chicken Breast

1 lb. Spaghetti Pasta

2 14 oz. Cans of Chicken Broth

1 tbsp Chicken Base

1 lb. Velvetta Cheese

1 10 oz. Can of Rotel - Hot or Original

Preparation

Boil pasta adding Chicken Broth and Base into water. Do not drain. Add in Chicken Breast and Rotel. Cut Velvetta into chunks and stir in until melted. Turn off heat and let stand for approximately 30 mintues. 15 mintues before serving, heat on low stirring frequently.

Cook's Notes

I usually prepare this before ball practice, turn it off until I get back then re-heat while I am making Garlic Bread and a Green Salad. I freeze the leftovers for another busy night.
