real mexican style soup

Ingredients

2 lbs Tender beef

1 Chayote

2 Potatoes

2 Italian succhini

2 Carrots

1/4 Cabbage

2 Corns

1 Garlic clove

1/4 Onion

Salt to taste

Preparation

In a crock pot place 1/3 of water and the beef. Allow 30 minutes for the beef to boil.

Meanwhile cut up the veggies in pieces and cut the corn in two.

Allow 20 more minutes for everything to boil.

add lime if you want it taste great!
