this is healthy and tasty all in one
1 can Tuna
2 Medium tomatoes
1/4 Yellow onion
1 tsp Cilantro
1/2 A green chile (optional)
1/2 A lime juice
Salt to taste
dice the tomatoes and onion, cut the cilantro
take the water or oil out of the tuna, then mix everything together including the lime juice and salt
eat this with chips and add some extra hot sauce for taste
