mexican food ready to go!
1 lb Pealed shrimp
1/2 A yellow onion
1/2 A red pepper
1/2 A green pepper
Salt and papperica to taste
2 Tbls of olive oil
1 Minced garlic
Add the olive oil to a hot skillet, then add the shirmp and garlic. Cook the shrimp until they are cooked (reddish color)
Add the veggies and cook for 3 to 5 minutes add the salt and papperica
serve with spanish rice and refried beans, this tastes really good and if you can add some guacamole for the added flavor!
