Braised Chinese Vegetables

An extremely simple recipe for delicious vegetables, Chinese style

Ingredients

400 grams Any leafy green vegetables - Bok Choy, Kale, Spinach, Broccoli etc

1 Chicken or vegetable stock cube

1 tbsp Soya/canola oil

Preparation

Heat the oil in a wok over medium heat. Add the stock cube and stir til dissolved. Add the vegetables and stir fry briefly to cover with the oil & stock mixture. Cover the wok with a lid, reduce heat and simmer for 7-8 minutes. (If using spinach simmer for only 2-3 minutes). Serve immediately.
