Ingredients
1 Tub (250g) Cinnamon and Brown Sugar spreadable cram cheese
2 2/3 c. Crushed Nila Vanilla Wafers
8 Small apples, peeled, chopped
1/4 c. Sugar
4 tsp. Ground cinnamon
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Mix cream cheese spread and wafer crumbs until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. (do notover mix.)
Toss apples with sugar and cinnamon until evenly coated. Spoon intoa 1-L baking dish; sprinkle with crumb mixture.
Bake 15-20 min. or until crumb mixture is lightly browned and fruit is tender. Serve warm.

Top each serving with 2 tbsp. whipped cream.
