Tex-Mex Shrimp Cocktail

Ingredients

16 oz / 1 lb bag of frozen pre-cooked Shrimp

1 cup Ketchup

1 cup Chunky salsa

1/4 cup Lime juice

1/4 Tp of Salt

1/4 Tp of Pepper

1/2 cup Fresh chopped cilantro

1/2 cup Chopped onion

2 Ripe alvacados

Preparation

Thaw shrimp

In a large bowl mix shrimp, ketchup,salt,pepper,lime juice, cilantro, onion and salsa together. Season to taste.

Chill for at least 20 minutes.

Serve with your favorite tortilla chips and top with the sliced alvacado.

Cook's Notes

Best when fresh and served chilled. Serve in wine glasses for an elegant twist!
