This is a low carb breakfast that is fast, convenient, and delicious!
1/2 package Jimmy Dean sausage w/50% less fat
6 Eggs
1/2 cup Milk
1 package Shredded cheese
1/4 cup Soy flour
Preheat oven to 400.
Cook sausage in skillet and set aside.
Combine eggs and milk in a bowl, scramble.
Add cheese to egg and milk. Mix well, then add soy flour. Add in sausage last for a thick liquid mixture.
Bake at 400 for 13-15 minutes.
