| 1 | Green bell pepper |

| 3/4 cup | Water |
| 2-3 tbs. | Chili powder |
| 1-2 tbs. | Cumin |
| 1 can | Rotell (w/ green chiles) |
| 1 can | Diced tomatoes |
| 1 can | Bush's beans (medium sauce) |
| 1 can | Tomato juice (32-64 oz.) |
* Brown ground turkey and drain. Add diced pepper and onion and sautée. Put in chili powder, cumin and water and bring to a boil. Simmer for a few minutes
*Transfer meat from skillet to a large pot and add Rotell, beans, diced tomatoes, and about a 1/2 can (roughly 32 oz.) of tomato juice. Add more or less juice to adjust for thickness according to preference. Heat until ready to serve.
