Ann's chili

Ingredients

1 lb. Ground turkey
1 Green bell pepper
1 Sm. yellow onion
3/4 cup Water
2-3 tbs. Chili powder
1-2 tbs. Cumin
1 can Rotell (w/ green chiles)
1 can Diced tomatoes
1 can Bush's beans (medium sauce)
1 can Tomato juice (32-64 oz.)

Preparation

* Brown ground turkey and drain. Add diced pepper and onion and sautée. Put in chili powder, cumin and water and bring to a boil. Simmer for a few minutes

*Transfer meat from skillet to a large pot and add Rotell, beans, diced tomatoes, and about a 1/2 can (roughly 32 oz.) of tomato juice. Add more or less juice to adjust for thickness according to preference. Heat until ready to serve.
