Spicy Beef Teriyaki with Peppers and Onions
Ingredients
1 tablespoon Oil
1 1/4 pounds Boneless beef sirloin, trimmed and cut ino thin strips
1 Medium onion, cut into thin strips
1 Green bell pepper, cut into thin strips
1 package McCormick® Teriyaki Beef Skillet Paste
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Crushed Red Pepper
Preparation
1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add beef; cook and stir 5 minutes. Remove from skillet.
2. Reduce heat to medium. Add onion and bell pepper; cook and stir 5 minutes or until tender-crisp. Return beef to skillet.
3. Stir in Skillet Paste and crushed red pepper. Reduce heat to low and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over hot cooked rice, if desired.
