Brocolli-Rice-Cheese Caserole

Very rich and creamy. Great for picky kids that don't eat a lot of veggies. You can slip some in this way.

Ingredients

1 cup Uncooked rice

1 package Chopped frozen brocolli

1 Small jar cheez-whiz

1/8 cup Slivered almonds

Salt to taste

1/4 cup Butter or margarine

Preparation

Cook the rice in 2 cups of boiling water. While rice is still hot mix with all other ingredients. Put into pyrex lasagne tray. Bake at 325 degrees for Approx 35 minutes.

Cook's Notes

For a non Vegetarian version. You can also add 2 cooked shredded chicken breasts.
