Bacon and Spinach Fettuccine
Preparation
1) Add the fettuccine to a large pan of boiling, salted water and boil, uncovered, until tender.
2) Meanwhile, heat oil in a non-stick pan, add onion, mushrooms and bacon and stir until cooked.
3) Stir in cream and frozen spinach until the mixture boils. Remove from the heat and stir in the cheese.
4) Stir spinach mixture into the fettuccine.
