| 1 | Onion chopped |
| 1 | Pckg mushrooms sliced |
| 1 tbs | Ketchup |
| 1 cup | Red wine |
| 1 tbs | Worstershire sauce |
| 1 cup | Beef bullion reconstitutted |
| | Sour cream |
| 1 tbs | Flour |
| | Salt |
| | Pepper |
Sautee beef until browned, add onions and sautee until tender and soft. Add flour and mix. Add mushrooms until cooked and tender. Add ketchup, salt, pepper and worstershire sauce. Stir well. Add wine, and bullion bring to a boil and then lower the temp and simmer until meat is tender and liquid has evaporated (50%.) When ready to serve, add sour cream. Do not bring to a boil again, cream will curdle.
Serve over rice or egg noodles.
