A little bit healthier!!!

You can still enjoy the delicious taste of cheeseburgers. Just try using extra lean gound beef and fat free cheese!! It definetly helps.

Ingredients

1lb. Extra-lean ground beef 93& lean 7%fat

1 teaspoon Salt

1 teaspoon Pepper

6 slices Fat free american cheese

6 Wheat hamburger buns

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375.

In a medium bowl i mix the ground beef, salt, pepper together. Then, get a handful of ground beef and make into a pattie the size of your palm. You don't want to make your pattie to thick or to thin.

As you make the patties, place them in a baking pan 13x9 and when done making all the patties. You put it into the oven for about 30 minutes or when thoroughly cooked.

Cook's Notes

I don't know about you, but I like to use lettuce and tomatos in my burgers.
