Beef Burritos

family recipe from my mother in law

Ingredients

1 Chuck Roast

2 cloves Garlic minced

1 16 oz Jar salsa

Cooking oil

Burrito size flour Tortillas

Shredded cheese

Sour cream

Chopped green onion

Chopped cilantro

Diced tomato

Preparation

Cut chuck roast into small pieces. Brown in oil with garlic in large skillet. Add jar of salsa- add enough water to cover. Bring to boil then simmer covered until water evaporates- and meat is falling apart, approximately 2 hours.

Serve with tortillas and fixings.
