2 cups Dry anasazi beans, cleaned
4 cups Water
1 tbsp. Minced garlic
1 Small onion, diced
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Baking soda

Preparation

1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.

2. Cook on high 3-4 hours.
