Heat oil in large skillet and cook sausages, turning until browned on all sides. Place on paper towels to drain.
Add onion to skillet with bell peppers and cook about 10 minutes or until softened. Stir in tomatoes, garlic and oregano.
Return sausages to pan and add wine. Season with salt and pepper and simmer, covered, about 1 hour or until sausages are cooked through, adding water if necessary. Serve sprinkled with fresh chopped sage.
