sesame chicken & vegetables

Ingredients

1 pound Boneless skinless chicken breast

1 tsp Peanut oil or olive oil

2 cups Broccoli/cauliflower/carrot/onion

2 tbsp Teriyaki sauce

1 tsp Sesame oil

Preparation

cook and cut up chicken in bite size peices

heat pan and add peanut oil swirl to coat

add vegetables cook to desired texture

add chicken, teriyaki sauce and sesame oil

serve over steamed white rice, brown rice or bulgur

crushed garlic bumps up the flavor added with vegetables

Cook's Notes

use whatever stir fry vegetables desired The first time I prepared this I used additional teriyaki sauce and sesame oil excluding the rice or bulgur this recipe is 4 points per serving
