A treat that tast great and can be used as a breakfast, snack, or dessert.

Ingredients

2 1/2 Inch Bran muffin (broken into small pieces).

8 ounces Nonfat plain yogurt

1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

1 Medium peach sliced (or other 1 fruit selection).

Preparation

Mix Yogurt and vanillia extract together.

In an ice cream type glass, layer broken bran muffin, yogurt, and fruit three layers deep and serve

Cook's Notes

Food Mover Exchange: 1 Starch, 1 Fat, 1 Dairy, 1 Fruit. No cooking required, if you use low fat premade bran muffins from your local bakery or grocery store.
