A treat that tast great and can be used as a breakfast, snack, or dessert.
2 1/2 Inch Bran muffin (broken into small pieces).
8 ounces Nonfat plain yogurt
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 Medium peach sliced (or other 1 fruit selection).
Mix Yogurt and vanillia extract together.
In an ice cream type glass, layer broken bran muffin, yogurt, and fruit three layers deep and serve
