BBQ'd Pulled Pork

Dump ingredients in crockpot and forget about it!

Ingredients

2.5 lb Pork roast

1-14oz Bottle bbq sauce of your choice

1 tsp Brown sugar

1 tbs Lemon juice

1 Medium onion, chopped

Preparation

Place roast in crockpot and cook on low 10-12 hours or high 5-6 hours. Remove and shred meat with forks. Remove any liquid from pot and place pork back in crockpot.

Add bbq sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice, and onion to shredded meat and mix well. Cook on high 2 hours. Serve on hamburger buns.

I used a pork butt roast for this. We didn't have any lemons to add lemon juice but added everything else and it was simply divine. Everyone loved it. No leftovers here to speak of.
