| 1 lb | Ground beef |
| 1 cup | Onion, diced |
| 1-28oz | Can chopped tomatoes, undrained |
| 1 tbs | Worchestershire sauce |
| 1 tsp | Salt |
| 2 cups | Potatoes, sliced 1/8" thick |
| 1/3 cup | Flour |
| 1-10oz | Package frozen corn |
| 1 | Bell pepper, cut into strips |
| 1 1/2 cups | Cheddar cheese, shredded |
Brown and drain ground beef in skillet. Mix onion, tomato, Worchestershire and salt with beef and spread in bottom of greased 3 quart casserole dish.
In large bowl, mix together potatoes, flour, corn and bell pepper and spread evenly on top of beef mixture in dish.
Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Top with cheese and bake an additional 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
I have made this several hours ahead, covered with foil and stuck in the refridgerator.
