Salmon Patties

My Mother-in-Law

Ingredients

1 14.75 oz Salmon, drained

1 6 oz Tuna, drained

1 Sleeve Saltine Crackers, crushed

1 lg Egg

1/2-1 c Milk

Salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

Combine all ingredients. Shape into patties. Fry in oil over medium heat until brown, flip, do other side the same.
