Easy Mediterranean Chicken

I've made this for years, and everyone always loves it, even if they're not a big chicken fan.

Ingredients

4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts

French or Catalina dressing (you may use Lite or Low-Fat)

Italian seasoning

Garlic salt and black pepper (or you may use one of the 'garlic-pepper' blends

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Rinse chicken breasts; lay on baking sheet.

Add a little water to bottom of baking sheet.

Pour French dressing on each chicken breast; use tablespoon to smear it all over each one, so that each one is covered.

Sprinkle Italian seasoning and your garlic/pepper seasoning on each one, to taste.

Put pan into oven, bake for 30 min.

Remove from oven, turn chicken breasts over. Add more water to bottom of pan if it has evaporated. Repeat above instructions to 'clean side' of chicken breasts.

Put pan back into oven, bake 30 min. longer.

Cook's Notes

Very easy and tastes great!! Not high in calories, especially if you use a Lite or Low-fat version of French/Catalina dressing. (Please note: for those who don't normally like French/Catalina dressing---once baked, this does NOT taste like the way the dressing normally tastes!)
