Shrimp Bread Salad

Ingredients

shrimp 2 lbs.

Green onions: tops and bottoms

Tomatoes (4 plum)

Basil

Loaf if day old bread (hard and crusty, ie. French/Italian bread)

Olive Oil (Add enough to wet the entire mixture)

Balsamic Vinegar (The amount you add will be your choice).

Parmesan cheese (optional)

Preparation

1.Steam shrimp and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and Old Bay seasonings.

2.Tear bread into small bite size pieces.

3.Chop the tomatoes and green onions.

4.Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Refrigerate a couple of hours.

It tastes like bruschetta!!
