banana fruit smoothy

Kids made it up

A VERY EASY way to get your kids to add more fruit to their diet and let them think they are getting a desert at they same time!

Ingredients

1 Ripe banana
6 ounces Grape juice (or juice blend)
1 cup Ice cubes

Preparation

combine all ingredents into blender and blend until smooth. Serve in a cute glass with a straw for your kids!

Cook's Notes

You can really substitue any juice and fruit. We have tried a few different blends and they all taste yummy to the kids and adults too!
