Good Breakfast Burritos

A tex mex breakfast burrito that will give spice to your day.

Ingredients

4 Eggs (or one yolk and 4 egg whites)

1/4 cup White onion, chopped

1/2 Tube of Owens sausage

1/4 cup Cheddar cheese

1/2 Green bell pepper, chopped

8 Low fat flour or wheat tortillas

Preparation

1)Cook sausage and drain.

2)Add onions and green peppers saute till onions are clear.

3)Scrabble eggs/egg yolk and whites in a bowl, add salt and pepper.

4)Add egg mixture to sausage mixture.

5)Add cheese when eggs are cooked.

Meanwhile:

Heat tortillas.

Fill tortillas with mixture and serve with fresh salsa.
