Ingredients

1 Whole wheat flour tortilla, 8 inch
1-2 tablespoons Light cream cheese, softented
1/2 Small carrot, shredded (about 1/4 cup)
2 tablespoons Shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
1 ounce Thinly sliced lean deli ham
Dipping Sauces (choose one):
Honey mustard
Barbecue sauce
Hummus

Preparation

Spread the cream cheese evenly over the tortilla. Layer with the carrots, cheese, and ham. Roll up tightly and slice in half. Serve with your choice of dipping sauces.

Cook's Notes

Serve with sliced strawberries or melon and a glass of milk for a complete meal.
