Ingredients

2 tubes (10 oz each) refrigerated pizza crust
1 cup Light ricotta cheese
2 cups Diced fully cooked low-fat ham
2 cups (8 oz) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
Dried basil
Shredded parmesan (optional)
Meatless spaghetti sauce, warmed (optional)

Preparation

1. Unroll one pizza crust, stretching gently to make a 14-in x 11-in rectangle. Spread 1/2 of the ricotta on half the dough lengthwise to within 1 in of the edges.

2. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the ham and mozzarella and sprinkle some basil to taste

3. Fold unfilled side of dough over filled side and press edges together firmly to seal

4. Transfer to a baking sheet coated with nonstick cooking spray.

5. Repeat with remaining crust and filling ingredients

6. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

7. Sprinkle with basil and parmesan if desired.

8. Serve with spaghetti sauce for dipping, if desired.
